Hi,
About twice every week, in our otobo docker installation the MailQueueSend cron task get stucked and we have to kill it so it can run again. We have tried to manually run and add to the cron task the verbose mode but we don’t get any error. The problem is the process does not die, it looks like the parent process is still runing but the child dies and the parent get stucked. This is a very big problem for us because if we don’t kill the stuck process Otobo stops sending email as it detects there is already a running process.
What can we do to debug it or solve the problem? We have SMTPS wih Office 365 configured.
