        Moin zusammen,

         

        nachdem ich heute ein Update auf die 10.1.4 gemacht habe (vorher 10.0.9 oder so) gibt es ja nun doch ein paar mehr Änderungen.

        Zu einer hätte ich da mal eine Frage:

        Wenn man eine neue Notiz erstellt, hat man den Punkt „Agenten informieren“. Dort wird dann aber der Owner auf den OTRS/OTOBOAdmin zurückgesetzt.
        Ist das ein Bug oder so geplant?
        Wenn geplant, kann man das abstellen, so das der Owner bleibt?
