        Hallo Forum,

        für eine Migration von OTRS nach Otobo benötige ich Hilfe.

        Wie kann ich unter Otobo in der Ansicht Agent Ticket Zoom ein zusätzliches Frame einfügen mit dynamischen Feldern ? Unter der Ticket Information und Kunden Information rechts in der Ansicht.
