      Dear team,

       

      We’re trying to understand the philosophy behind “services”

      I see in the Otobo Demo an example that there is a service called “I need new Software”

      In the Admin panel, the services can only be linked to “customer users”.

      So this means you need to link all the company employees (or customer users) to the service “I need new Software”

      Is there an option to have those services linked to “customer” so that all customer users owned by this Customer are automaticaly attached to service “I need new Software” ?
