        I am probably missing something very simple. Most of our queues do not have specifically associated auto-responses but they all seem to get the ticket created one. I want to turn that off but can’t work out how.

          Check the “ticket notifications” in the admin area. There are some notifications defined that are sent on various ticket events. Please check them.
