Where can i change the color settings used of the agent and customer layout ?

i found in the system preferences: CustomerLogin::Settings that i could change the customer login page with a new image and greeting text, but i can not find anywhere where i can change the color scheme being used ?

I don’t need to have a complete skins or anything else as the way it is setup is perfect for my use, i only want to change the basics like the colors.

        Thanks in advance,

          Hello,

to change the colors of the customer interface, you can use the system preference CustomerColorDefinitions.

The colors of the agent interface can not be set in the system preferences. For that you have to create a skin and change the colors there. This is something that is well documented in the Developer Manual: https://doc.otobo.org/manual/developer/stable/en/content/how-it-works/skins.html?highlight=skin#creating-a-new-skin

Hi, the link does not work.

            How do i add/edit skins? I can´t find them in the “Admin-Center”.

            Greetings

            Hello,

You have to create a new Skin under /opt/otobo/var/httpd/httdocs/js/skins/Agent/…

Copy the css files you need to modify and then you need to create an xml file in /opt/otobo/Kernel/Config/Files/XML/custom.xml to register it into your sysconfig.

You can find the Admin Manual online and reference the section in the developer Manual

            https://doc.otobo.org/manual/developer/10.1/en/content/how-it-works/skins.html#creating-a-new-skin

            Regards
