        Hello,

I migrated OTRS 6 to OTOBO and all is functioning well apart from the customer portal.

Whenever logging on the customer.pl a fatal error occurs:

        An Error Occurred
No Permission to use this frontend action module!

        Please contact the administrator.

          Hello Fred,

maybe you have an ACL which permits this Action? E.g. one that “Possible Not”s all Actions?

Or maybe you put a group into the setting CustomerFrontend::Module###CustomerAccept that your customer user doesn’t have assigned.

          Cheers
          Stefan

            Hi Stefan,

            Thanks for your reply.

I checked the CustomerFrontend and no groups are assigned in any of the entries there.

Neither do we have ACL’s configured…

            KR,

            Fred

Do you see any changed System Configuration Settings if you search for “CustomerAccept”?

If no, does it work if you de-activate the Privacy Policy completely by de-activating the settings CustomerFrontend::Module###CustomerAccept and CustomerPanelPreApplicationModule###CustomerAccept ?

                Hi Stefan,

De-activating those 2 settings did the trick!

Thanks a lot for the help! Much appreciated :)

                KR,

                Fred
