      Hello Team,

      Please assist I am getting this error when the I view replies in the ticket I have created. The only visible reply is the top reply.

      I have applied this solution #11425 but even then the error still appears. Also my browser JavaScript is enabled.

      Kindly assist.

      I am using OTOBO 10.0.12

      Hello there.
      I got the same issue. I recently updated to version 10.1.4, but nothing changed.
      Did you find a solution for this problem?

        No solution yet. For now I just decided to move on with it.

      Hi,

      I think this is not a bug, but possibly an error configuration.

      If you search for Loader under Admin -> System Configuration, are there any options changed here? If so, can you please change them to the original state?

      If that doesn’t help, what browser are you using? And when you open the browser developer tools, what error messages are there here? Are there any hints in the OTOBO log?

      What exactly does your installation look like? Are you using Docker and if not, how is proxy etc. configured?

      I think if we answer these questions we can find the problem.
