Does OTOBO have a chat feature

Does OTOBO have a chat feature?

I see in documentation a chat support is mentioned, but I do not see this setting available in OTOBO

On https://doc.otobo.org/manual/user/stable/en/content/dashboard/dashboard.html it states

“System configuration ChatEngine::Active needs to be activated to use this feature.”

There doesn’t seem to be that configuration available.

I see later in documentation it is stated it will be included in one of the next releases.
