        Dear all,

        Is it possible to get the text provided through the customer frontend (from a dynamic field type: ticket) and get the content  added to a note in the related ticket?

          Hello,

          Yes that would be possible with a small process that you start (e.g. with a Generic Agent) and the Transition Action “ArticleCreate” (or so). There you could use the tag <OTOBO_TICKET_DynamicField_MyTextFieldName> for the Body of the Article.
