How can I used dynamic fields to create colored tags/labels for ticket types ?

Hello there :)

I would like to showcase ticket types/categories by colored labels like on the OTOBO demo (customer view), I read on an article that I can use Dynamic Fields for that, however there isn’t much information anywhere nor in the documentation on how I can achieve that.

OTOBO 10 on an Apache installation (Not Docker)

Any help would be much appreciated.

For anyone having a problem with this.

You can enable this in “System Configuration” by searching for:

“Ticket::Frontend::CustomerTicketCategories###Queue”

Enabling that setting will allow you to edit the colors and labels, you’ll find default Queues there.
