        Hi everybody,

        After the successful migration, OTOBO does not show me all ITSMConfigItem when I call user name, is there

        any setting that needs to be changed, except the screenshot what I posted?

          Could you please provide more screenshots where you don’t see something and what you expect? What do you mean with “call user name”?

            Hi Stefan,

            thank you for your reponse,

             

            as you can see i can see all the items which is booked under user name but not his Mobile, despite its booked as well.
