        Hi,

        We recently deployed Otobo 10.1.16.

        When we change the owner of a ticket we are required to also enter text into the Subject field and the Text field.

        Is there a way of disabling this requirement so that we can just perform a “quick owner change”

        Thanks in advance for any help / suggestions

          Hi Andy,

          Check “Ticket::Frontend::AgentTicketOwner###Note” in the System Configuration.
