        Hi.

Is there a best way to fix this error? I get recurrently the message ” Message: Need module!”, this was a installation that previously had a Commercial OTRS license, I’ve search for every entry on AgentTicketQueue and AgentTicketZoom to remove all entries that I could find that we’re not using.

          Hi Miguel,

please check the webserver error log. There you should see more information where this error occurs.

          Regards
          Renée

Thank you so much, that simply worked!

I could found the modules that we’re not using anymore but still were in the configuration.

Thank you again, this solved issue that had years. :)
