        First of all, thank you for OTOBO developers to give us an alternative solution.

        We plan to turn my OTRS to OTOBO. Is it possible to migrate from ((OTRS)) Community Edition 5s?

          Hi there!

          In order to migrate your v5 to OTOBO you just have to upgrade your system to ((OTRS)) Community Edition v6 first (see OTRS documentation) and then take it from there.
