        Hallo,

        bei der Migration von OTRS 6 -> OTOBO 10.1.7  wird die DB Tabelle Groups nicht zur DB Tabelle Groups_Tables übertragen. Somit sind die Gruppen nicht vorhanden.

        Ein Kopien der Einträge von der DB Tabelle Groups in die DB Tabelle Groups_Tables funktioniert und die Gruppen sind danach wieder vorhanden.

        Meine Fragen dazu:

        Ist eine Migration von OTRS 6 nur über OTOBO 10.0.18 und mit Update auf OTOBO 10.1.7 möglich ?

        Oder ist es ein Bug bei dem Migrationsskript ?

          Hallo Frank,

          in dem folgenden Post geht es auch um das Thema. Eventuell ist das Problem noch nicht gefixt.

          @Ototo Support: Hier ist es vielleicht Sinnvoll einen Hinweis in die Doku für die Migration aufzunehmen.
