        Hello,

        I currently have a problem, I can’t attach multiple attachments in a ticket or comment. I can attach several attachments when creating a ticket or comment, however it only considers the first one.

          Are there any JavaScript errors or errors in the webserver error log?

            Hi Hugo,

            please check whether the SysConfig setting „HttpType“ matches your actual http type used. We encountered this once now, where https (the default) was set, but http was used. In this case the cookie cannot be used to store your login data and at some places errors are encountered.

              Hi Sven

              Many thanks for the advice. it worked. I lookup HttpType in SysConfig of OTOBO and use HTTP , which currently matches my session.
