Option “Identification” is disabled / dynamic field / database

Hi,

we are trying to get our customers list connected in OTOBO using the MSSQL database as an external source. We wanted to use a “dynamic field” set to “database” to get this working.

But while filling out the settings for this dynamic field the option “identification” is disabled and can´t be edited. Because of this problem we can´t save the dynamic field.

How can we edit the field “identification”? Is there a fix planed for this? Or do we need some magic words/tricks to get this working?
