        hello
        i am having some problems with otobo, i created a service for the selfservice portal and it is ok, it shows up and etc.
        but when the customer selects that service and creates the ticket  it goes to a different queue then the expected one
        how can i fix this ?

          Hello,

          this might be depending on the setting Ticket::Frontend::CustomerTicketMessage###QueueDefault

          If you want to make it depending on the service, you could e.g. activate Ticket::Frontend::CustomerTicketMessage###Queue , use the ACLs to show only one queue depending on the service and active the Queue with a 2 in TicketACL::Autoselect

          This way the service selects the queue and the queue-field can’t be seen.
