I’m testing out a migration from our existing Otrs 6.0.30 server on Ubuntu 16.04 to a fresh install of Otobo 10.0.9 on Ubuntu 20.04. I have created a password for the “otrs” user on the existing OTRS server for Step 1 in the migration screen process. Unfortunately, I’m getting a “Check if OTOBO and OTRS connect is possible. Can’t open Kernel/Config.pm file from OTRSHome: /opt/otrs!” error still. What exactly is Step 1 in the migration screen looking for? I can SSH to the OTRS server using the newly created password for the OTRS user, but the migration process doesn’t seem to like it. Any help would be great, thanks!

Ended up figuring this out. “rsync” and “sshpass” are also needed on the server that is being migrated. I found the rsync error messages in the journalctl. Hope this helps someone else.
