        Hello,

Is it possible to share tickets opened by one user to another user?
        Example:
John has created 10 tickets, but his manager needs to see these tickets, is that possible?

Note that the manager is a normal user (not admin).

If yes, how do you do it?

        Thanks.

          Otobo is queue based.

          Ticket –> Postmasterfilter -> Queue

Queue rights  -> Group -> Member of the Group

Are the 10 tickets all in 1 queue or in different queues?

If 1 queue ->  the manager requires membership to these 1 group.

If other queues ->  the manager requires membership to all these queue groups.

              Hello,

              • You can also just send the links to the tickets.
              • You can add the Manager as a Responsible to the ticket.
              • The Manager can Watch a ticket.
              • Based on the permission, the Manager can start a Search for those tickets.
              • And some more.

              Cheers
              Stefan
