        Good Morning,

        is it possible to set ticket state only open after ticket closed?

        Example:

        The user customer open the ticket, the agent close it. The customer user does a followup on same ticket (state closed), he can set three option:

        I’d like set only open state. Is it possible?

          I have disabled this feature Ticket::Frontend::CustomerTicketZoom###State
