Adding a print button to OTOBO WYSIWYG Editor

Hello All,

 

in the past, with OTRS, we needed to add a „Print“ button to the CDEditor and it was done like this:

However we have no clue how to do this in OTOBO, since the structe of files is different.

Please if anyone could push me in the right direction.

Ok, I have found a solution, you need to edit:

/otobo/Kernel/Output/HTML/Layout.pm

At the bottom there are CKEditor toolbar format templates.
