        Good Morning,

        Is there a possibility to block the followup other customer user(not registered on otobo)?

        A customer user has opened a ticket throught web browser. Agent has answered but other customer user (not registered on otobo) has followed-up throught email (postmaster).

        How can I block this problem?

        I ‘d like configure that only customer user registerde cans follow up to ticket.
