        Hello,

        I always got this message in System Log:

        Wed Nov 25 09:12:08 2020 (Europe/Vilnius)
        error
        OTOBO-CGI-67
        Can’t perform POST on https://portal.otobo.de/otobo/public.pl: 301 Moved Permanently

        Fri Nov 20 11:45:38 2020 (Europe/Vilnius)
        error
        OTOBO-CGI-67
        Can’t connect to cloud server!

        As a result I can’t download any packages from Package Manager and etc.

        Firewall is opened to: https://portal.otobo.de

        Where is the problem? Please help.

          Hi Mantas Mačionis,

          that’s a known bug in OTOBO, but it’s already fixed in the newest version. If possible please update OTOBO to 10.0.6. Otherwise please change the URL in $OTOBO_Home/Kernel/System/CloudService/Backend/Run.pm:

          https://portal.otobo.de/otobo/public.pl“

          to

          https://portal.rother-oss.com/otobo/public.pl“

          That quick fix solve the problem.
