Implement OTOBO Application Balancing

Dear, I would like to ask if any of you have been able to implement balancing of the OTOBO application, currently my database is in an Oracle schema on another server and I would like to have balancing of the application server pointing both to the same database, but I have not found information about it if any of you have been able to implement it, that could support me indicate or guide me in the procedure in advance thanks for the support.
