        I can’t able to configure outbound mail in OTOBO can someone please help me where to configure outbound mail in UI or in server conf file apart from installation step .  and is there any possibility to change it from admin console.

          Admin > System Configuration > Core > Email

          Here you find the SendmailModule Settings
