Good Morning,
I’d like create two ACL but I don’t undstand how it works:
1.- when customer user opens a new ticket must not see all queues but i want to limit a specific queue for customer:
2.- Is it possible closed automatically a ticket without customer answer after a specific time?
I can’t able to configure it.

I have read ACL manual and examples.
If I try configure it, I’m not able to configure ACL as example.
Infact if i try to selected Ticket –> Queue, I can’t see the queues configured.

You need to type the queue name into the textfield after the match type („regex“, „exact match“,…) dropdown.

- I thought that I see the queues and I didnt’t have to insert the name…Thank You!
- Where Can I select the date??! Because in the ticket state I can see this:

You need to set the ticket state to „pending auto close“ and select the date when ticket should be closed…

You can select the date in various dialogs, e.g. in „outbound email“ („posta in uscita“):

I’m trying to configure ACL.
1.- when customer user opens a new ticket must not see all queues but i want to limit a specific queue for customer.
I want disable the queues (Junk and Postmaster) when customer open new ticket.
He don’t have to see those queues.
