        Hello,

        we’re using OTOBO in order to have multiple users centralized send emails for a customer.

        Now they’re asking that in the overviews (especially closed tickets) the recipient email address should be visible.

        The way I see it, is that the CustomerUser needs to be filled automatically, as we don’t want to give them (full) administration rights, which they would need in order to manage the customer database. What would be the easiest way to accomplish that task?
