      Good day.
      Is it possible, when a client creates a ticket, to replace the subject and/or body of the ticket with responses from dynamic fields for some queues?
      Is it possible, when a client creates a ticket, to set default values in the subject and/or body of the ticket for some queues?
      Is it possible, when a client creates a ticket, to disable changing the subject and/or body of the ticket for some queues?

      If not, consider adding such features in future releases.
