I’m trying to create a process ticket where an agent makes a ticket and then wants approval from a customer before they can continue with the ticket. Now I’ve tried to do this by making a new dynamic field dropdown with the options Yes/No:

As you can see I’ve set „Available in“ to Customer Interface.
This is what my test process looks like:
I’ve created a test ticket to try out my process, and the first step is completed, now it’s on the customer approval step:
But the ticket in the Customer portal is empty. What do I need to change to get it working? Or is this not possible?
Also some of the links in the admin manual on process tickets are not working for me, for example this one:
