      I created a Generic Agent Job Management on otobo to delete tickets and I wanted to know if it was possible to delete several tickets at the same time by targeting the ticket#?

      For a single ticket it works but I can’t put multiple references.

      Can you help me please?

      Hi Mehdi,

      try to use two pipes between the ticket numbers:

      e.g.:

      202205181012345||202205181012346

      I guess that should work.
