Hallo zusammen, ich benötige bitte Unterstützung für ein dynamisches Feld vom Typ Datum/Zeit im Objekt Ticket:
Wir setzen dieses Feld als “Meldezeitpunkt” ein, weil es auch vorkommt, dass ein Mail-Ticket erst zeitversetzt empfangen und gepflegt wird. Da dieses Feld später statistisch ausgewertet wird, ist es für alle Tickets relevant. Dass das Feld mit der korrekten Zeit der Ticketerstellung gefüllt wird, klappt nur bei manuell angelegten Tickets. Mein Problem ist, dass bei den Tickets, die durch eine Mail erzeugt werden, dieses Feld nicht mit dem TicketCreate-Zeitstempel gefüllt wird. Dies passiert erst, wenn die Ticketinformation gepflegt wird. Das dynamische Feld ist aktiv/verpflichtend und es ist auch bereits aktiv wenn ich ‘Ticketinformation’ öffne. Aber da hat es dann auch den gerade aktiven Zeitstempel und nicht den der Ticketerstellung. Wie kann ich erreichen, dass das Feld auch durch den Ticketeingang per Mail, also durch das TicketCreate Event mit genau dem Zeitpunkt des Ticketeingangs per Mail gefüllt wird? Lässt sich unter Ticket::TicketDynamicFieldDefault###Element6 noch ein “TimeValue”-Eintrag hinzufügen und wenn ja, mit welcher Variable?
Oder kann das Feld durch einen Postmaster-Filter oder Generic Agent gefüllt werden? Auch hier ist die Frage, welchen Wert gebe ich dann an?
