ich möchte gerne bei neuer Agentennotiz eine E-Mail an den Kunden schicken mit dem Inhalt der Notiz.
Dies allerdings nur wenn in der Notiz der Haken „sichtbar für Kunde“ bei der Notiz gesetzt ist.
Wenn ich einen entsprechenden Filter bei den Ticket-Benachrichtigungen konfiguriere, wird die Mail allerdings immer gesendet. Ist diese Konfiguration nicht vorgesehen?
genau das habe ich vor 1 Stunde bei uns eingesetzt.

Als Beispiel „Benachrichtigung über neue Notiz“
Unter Ticket-Filter kann man den Kunden filtern usw.
unter Artikelfilter SenderTyp: „Agent“, Sichtbarkeit: „Sichtbar für Kunde“
unter Empfänger Senden an: „Kundenbenutzer des Tickets“
