        This thread is to give advice to someone else who tries to configure the external ticket number recognition and it does not work.

        Unfortunately the manual does not specify what are the mandatory fields to configure to have this functionality working properly.

        When you try to configure the External Ticket Number Recognition the two highlighted fields in the image below are mandatory:
