        Hi,

        I would like to know to investigate and resolve the problem where by when I use forgot password option, no email is sent.

        How to find this config and what to change?

          If you have access to the server CLI run this command:

          su -c "/opt/otobo/bin/otobo.Console.pl Admin::User::SetPassword root@localhost 123456" -s /bin/bash otobo

          This will set the root@localhost password to 123456, then log in with root@localhost user and change the user password that you forgot, also change the root@localhost password for other more secure or set a secure password from the beginning.
