      Hi , is there a way to add a note , when creating new ticket ?

      I would need to add a field for notes in the create-ticket form

      As notes are separate articles, I don’t think this is easy to do. You probably have to write your own module for this. It’s probably easier to configure to open the TicketNote dialogue after creating an email ticket.

      What do you want to achieve? You could create a dynamic field of type „textarea“ if you want a „note field“ that can be edited later…
