        I want to add a predefined text so that the user can write in the predefined fields.
        Example:

          On the agent’s side, we have the option of pre-defined text when creating a new ticket by email or telephone.

          Administration > System Configuration >
          Ticket::Frontend::AgentTicketEmail###Body

            Ah, here we are.

            I guess Dynamic Fields would be a better option. But you can also use the Templates for different template texts.
