      Hi,

      How to automatically assign owner on first response?
      Currently, when the agent sends a response in the ticket, the owner of the ticket does not change.

      Hello

      If I understand you correctly, usually this should work due to the setting „Ticket::Frontend::AgentTicketCompose###RequiredLock“
