        Hi,

        after the time change to winter time. OTOBO has not updated the change. Can I do it manually?

          Hi Jakub,

          could you be a bit more which times have not been updated?

          The general approach in OTOBO is to store times in UTC in the database. The actually displayed time then depends on the time zone settings of the users and customers. For Poland the recommended time zone would be Europe/Warsaw.
