      In my actual ticket system, I use links like : „parent of“, „related to“, „child of“, „duplicate of“…

      How can I activate such relationships ?

      Hello Marc,

      you can merge or link tickets by clicking on the „miscellaneous“ drop-down menu in the ticket itself and selecting merge or link.
