        When replying to a ticket I’d like to put our agent’s signature under the requestor’s quoted text.
        Right now, and that seems to be standard behaviour, the agent’s signature is put before the quoted text.

        How do I go about this? Thanks in advance for some pointers.

          Hello Mark,

          you can find this part in the „System Configuration“.

          GoTo Admin –> System Configuration

          Then search for „ResponseFormat“

          Set –> [% Data.Signature | html %] <– at the bottom. Now you have the Signature behind the quote.
