  I see OTOBO has the ITSM package available as OTRS has/had.
  Will OTOBO support automatic creation/updating of computer objects through http://fusioninventory.org/ or other means?

  Yes, I think that is possible. FusionInventory offer a REST Interface http://fusioninventory.org/documentation/dev/spec/protocol/collect.html and OTOBO too https://doc.otobo.org/manual/admin/stable/en/content/processes-automation/web-services.html.
