          Hi Knatesh,

          You have an error in your OTOBO installation, or are the different issues you’ve posted in different installations? All your published bugs show that there is something wrong with the OTOBO environment.

          Can you please send us more information about the systems and how you have proceeded?

            Hey Knatesh,

            i fixed this issue by execute the following command in the otobo docker container:

            /opt/otobo/bin/otobo.Console.pl Maint::Config::Rebuild
