ich teste gerade OTOBO 10 (10.0.13) und habe wohl ein Problem in Zusammenhang mit Elasticsearch. Ich habe Elasticsearch über die sysconfig Einstellungen deaktiviert (siehe unten, sysconfig Export). Wenn ich versuche ein Testticket via Exim mit dem Aufruf via /opt/otobo/bin/otobo.Console.pl Maint::PostMaster::Read an OTOBO zu pipen bekomme ich folgende Fehlermeldung:
Hinweis: Die Fehlermeldung ist nicht exakt kopiert weil sonst das Wordfence den Post nicht durchlässt. Ich habe per Trial & Error versucht die entsprechende Stelle zu finden, extrem nervig wenn man Fehlermeldungen exakt posten will :-?

Ok, jetzt kann ich den Post nicht weiter editieren, daher der „Rest“ hier.
Die URL http://localhost:9200 sieht nach einem Versuch aus Elasticsearch zu kontaktieren, welches aber in meinem Fall gar nicht installiert ist. Ich bin davon ausgegangen das man mit der Einstellung Elasticsearch::Active=0 Elasticsearch komplett deaktiviert, aber das scheint nicht der Fall zu sein. Was mache ich falsch?
Bei der Suche wie ich Elasticsearch deaktivieren kann bin ich auf dieses alte Topic gestoßen. Die Lösung war dann sowohl ElasticSearch::Active = 0 zu setzen und zusätzlcih den Webservice für Elasticseach zu deaktivieren.
