        Hello,

        I am interested in using the REST HTTP API feature of OTOBO to create, search, and retrieve tickets and ticket replies.

        I have configured the HTTP::REST network transport under Web Services configuration according to the existing OTOBO documentation, but am a little lost for what to do next.

        Is there any documentation available that goes into more detail on how to utilise the REST API?

          have you already read the admin manual https://doc.otobo.org/manual/admin/stable/en/content/processes-automation/web-services.html? If so, there are several possibilities. You are welcome to make use of our support, which is subject to a charge. We will then be happy to help you actively or configure the interface for you.
