        Hello Team,

        I would like to know where I can find the ticket configuration settings

        Is it possible to shorten the ticket number length? Perhaps I’m missing something obvious, and if so I apologize. Can anyone point me in the right direction?

          Admin > Systemkonfiguration > Core > Ticket

          Ticket::NumberGenerator
          Ticket::NumberGenerator::Date::UseFormattedCounter
          Ticket::NumberGenerator::MinCounterSize
